Age Limit (As of 01-01-2023)

For SSC (T)-62 Men & SSCW (T) 33 Women: The age limit is between 20 to 27 years, which means candidates must have been born between 02 Apr 1997 and 01 Apr 2004 (both days inclusive).

For widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel who Died in Harness Only:

SSCW (Non Tech) [Non UPSC] and SSCW(Tech): The maximum age limit is 35 years as on 01-04-2024.

SSC (Tech) (Men & Women):-

Candidates who have completed the required Engineering Degree course or are in their final year of the course are eligible to apply.

Widows of Defence Personnel who Died in Harness:-

For the SSCW (Non Tech) (Non UPSC) position, candidates should have a graduation degree in any discipline. For the SSCW (Tech) position, candidates should have a BE/B.Tech degree in any engineering stream.
